Job Description
To drive sustained commercial growth for Sterling Tech Solutions Ltd through development of strategic partnerships, acquisition of enterprise clients, and expansion into priority markets including West Africa.
The role is responsible for building and managing strong commercial relationships, identifying cross border opportunities, and positioning the company as a trusted provider of practical, implementation led digital capability solutions across the UK and West Africa.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in business development, commercial growth, or market expansion roles.
- Demonstrable track record of securing enterprise B2B contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Proven experience developing commercial opportunities within UK and West African markets.
- Established professional network within the Nigerian corporate, SME, charity, or entrepreneurial ecosystem, with the ability to convert relationships into commercial partnerships.
- Experience operating across multiple markets and managing cross border commercial initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and margin management.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and negotiation capability at senior executive level.
- Experience within technology training, consultancy, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, or professional services environments.
- High level of analytical and strategic capability consistent with graduate level responsibilities under SOC 3556.
Desirable Experience
- Experience engaging with UK and African corporate ecosystems.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, data protection, or digital transformation sectors.
- Professional qualification in business, management, project delivery, workforce development, or related discipline.
